5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Provider, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses—whether direct or indirect—arising from:

 • The Participant’s use or misuse of Course content

 • Adverse events, injuries, or complications related to treatments performed by the Participant

 • The Participant’s noncompliance with applicable laws or industry standards

 

6. Proprietary Content & Intellectual Property

 All Course materials, including but not limited to:

 • Training videos

 • Written manuals and handouts

 • Treatment protocols, methods, and techniques

 • Forms, templates, and guides

are the exclusive property of the Provider and protected by copyright law.

 

Restrictions:

 • No reproduction, distribution, resale, public display, or derivative works without written permission.

 • Login credentials may not be shared with others.

 • Unauthorized use will result in termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

  

7. No Refund Policy
