3. Refund Policy:

4. No Liability:

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laser Secrets (JGLOW & Co, LLC) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the Participant’s access to or use of the Courses or any information obtained therefrom.

Acknowledgment of Risks: The Participant acknowledges that the practices taught in the Courses involve inherent risks and agrees to assume all such risks voluntarily, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, and other risks associated with laser treatments, tattoo removal, permanent makeup, permanent makeup removal, and carbon facials, etc.
 
By proceeding with the Courses, the Participant expressly agrees to the terms contained herein. This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Laser Secrets (JGLOW & Co, LLC) operates.
